All stamp purchases carry a no quibble money back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, in any way, with your stamp purchase, please return your stamps or stamp collection, to the address on your invoice, stating the reason for the return, within 7 days of receipt (14 days for International Sales) A refund, less postage costs, will be issued within 7 days, providing the item is in the same condition as sent.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Certificates of Authenticity
For stamps without Certificates of Authenticity we will, in the unlikely event that the stamp does not obtain a certificate of authenticity, refund the cost of the stamp purchased and the certification costs provided we are informed by the client at the time of purchase that the stamp is to be submitted for certification. This guarantee applies only to authenticity of the stamp & not comments in respect of condition.

Catalogue values are taken from Stanley Gibbons current catalogue. This is for information purposes only and is not intended to imply the stamps retail value.
Postage & Payment
We aim to dispatch all stamps and stamp collections within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds, excluding weekends and bank holidays
All stamps and stamp collections are sent fully tracked and insured
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will refund you the cost of your purchase. Postage costs will not be refunded.
