Royal Mail 1st Class - FREE
This option is risk free, however, if your order goes missing then it is your responsibility to make the claim from Royal Mail using their P58 Claims Form.
Contact us for the link and a copy of your Certificate of Posting. Upon proof from Royal Mail that your order has been lost we will refund you the cost of your order less £20 (the amount Royal Mail will pay you upon conclusion of their investigation) up to a value of £100 Items using this service are not considered lost until 10 working days have passed from date of posting

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - £2 per order
This option can be traced from date of posting, to delivery, with a tracking number provided upon request. If your order goes missing then we will handle all claims paperwork.
Upon conclusion from Royal Mail, that your item is lost, we will refund you in full up to a value of £250 Items using this service are not considered lost until 10 working days have passed from date of posting

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £5 per order
This service guarantees delivery next working day. This option can be traced from date of posting, to delivery, with a tracking number provided upon request.
If your order goes missing then we will handle all claims paperwork. Upon conclusion from Royal Mail, that your item is lost, we will refund you in full, including the cost of postage. Items using this service are not considered lost until 5 working days have passed from date of posting.

DPD - £5 per order
This service is fully insured and is used by us for stamp collections, items in albums or items weighing more than 2kg.
This service usually takes 24-48 hours. Updates are provided via email and text message (if mobile provided) with a two hour delivery window provided on day of delivery

Standard Airmail - FREE
Sent using Royal Mail and delivered via your own Countries postal service. This option insures your order up to £20. A Certificate of Posting will always be obtained.

International Track & Trace - £4 per order
Traced from date of posting, to delivery, with a tracking number provided upon request.
To track your order enter your tracking number into your own Countries Post Office website, details of which can be found at www.postoffice.com
If your order goes missing then we will handle all claims paperwork. Upon conclusion from Royal Mail, and your Country postal service, that your item is lost, we will refund you in full.
Items using this service are not considered lost until 25 working days have passed from date of posting
