What distinctively peculiar to 4th and 5th Printings is the presence of number of retouches in the course of printing, almost on daily basis, so much so that the retouches were done on the frame stones at the base of 2nd to 4th spikes at NE corner after A of INDIA, thus imparting it the appearance of frame die I.
The prominence of dots inside R and As of ANNAS is the key feature to conclusively assign the frame to die II.
