Returns and Refunds

♥ All stamps purchased carry a no quibble, money back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
♥ If you are unhappy with your stamp purchase, in any way, please return within 180 days of receipt and we will refund you.
♥ Our high resolution images form part of the description and you can use the magnifying glass to inspect the stamp in detail.

♥ All purchases are dispatched within 24 hours and we offer FREE postage on all items Worldwide.
♥ We are members of the PTS, the Trade Association for Stamp Dealers, which ensures all members conduct business with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Returns
Returns should be made within 180 days of receipt.
If you are outside the returns period, please contact us before returning and we will discuss your options.

If you are returning from outside the EU, and your items require a Customs label, please complete the Customs documents as "RETURNS" to avoid items being held in UK Customs pending payment of taxes.
We will not pay the taxes on returns items due to incorrect completion of Customs documents. Failure to do this could result in your refund being delayed.
Noting the reason for your return will assist us when relisting the stamp for sale, so if you feel we have not described the stamp(s) correctly please let us know.
Return postage costs are free if we have made a mistake in the description. If you have simply changed your mind then we ask you to return at your cost.
If the item(s) are not as described, or we have sent you the wrong items, then we will refund you in full including your return postage costs
Refunds
A refund, less postage costs, will be issued within 1 working day of receipt, providing the item is in the same condition as sent.
Any problems we will email you within 24 hours of receipt.
Your refund will be made to the payment method used on checkout.
If you sent payment via BACS then we will require your bank details in order to process the refund, alternatively, we can issue a cheque.
When your refund is processed an automatic email is sent detailing the amount of refund.
Please make sure you have added @empirephilatelists.com as a safe sender, in your emails, to ensure our correspondence does not end up in your junk mail.
Refunds are only issued for the cost of the item purchased.
Postage costs are non-refundable.
UNDELIVERED OR UNCLAIMED ITEMS
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will refund you the cost of your purchase, less actual postage costs, upon return of the goods.
If you request that we repost your order then further postage costs may apply.
If the cost of returning the items exceeds the cost of the goods then we will instruct the couriers to dis-guard the items and no refund will be made.
ERROR IN YOUR ORDER
Incorrect Items
All orders are checked before dispatch, however, if we, inadvertently, send you the wrong item please notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange for this to be rectified.
We will always refund your return postage costs should the error in your order by our fault.
Missing Items
If you find there are items missing from your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt detailing the missing items and we will look into this as a matter of urgency.
OTHER INFORMATION
If your order has qualified for a discount, this shall no longer apply if the items that you are returning result in the order value falling below the threshold criteria to qualify for the discount.
The discounted products must therefore either be returned or they shall be charged at the full recommended retail price.
If you return ALL of your order then any free gifts received under various offers we run must be returned along with your returns.
If free gifts are not returned the full retail cost of these items will be deducted from the refund. If you only return part of your order then any free gifts are yours to keep.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
